Students from Grades 6 to 10 have formed teams representing countries of their choice and will compete against one another in a friendly and exciting football tournament. The event aims to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and healthy competition among students. We encourage all participants to play fairly, respect their teammates and opponents, and enjoy the spirit of the game. Students, teachers, and parents are invited to support the teams and make this event a memorable celebration of sports. Further details regarding fixtures and match schedules will be shared shortly. Our school will be organizing an Interfaith Joint Prayer Program on June 9, 2026 to promote peace, respect, harmony, and understanding among different faiths and cultures. Students who know prayers, hymns, chants, or devotional readings from their respective religions are warmly invited to participate and share them during the program. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn about different traditions and celebrate the values that unite us all. Participation is voluntary. Interested students are requested to register their names by Friday, June 9, 2026 with their class teacher or the school office. Dear Parents, We are conducting free dance classes on Sundays for Grade 2, 3, and 4 students from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (2 hours). This is an initiative by our Grade 10 Dance Club students to encourage younger students to learn and enjoy dance. Insurance Claim Process for Students 1.Visit a hospital or clinic for treatment. 2.Kindly complete the claim form in the student’s name and provide the bank account details of the Guardian or School where the claim amount should be reimbursed. 3.Please make sure to collect and keep all original bills, prescriptions, reports, and treatment papers related to the claim in the student’s name. 4.Write an application letter addressed to the insurance company and attach: Completed claim form Original bills Treatment documents and reports Any other related documents Request reimbursement of the claim amount to the Guardian or School account mentioned in the claim form. 5.After completing all documentation, submit the documents to the school. Dear Parents/Guardians, We would like to inform you that starting Jesha 4, 2083 all students are covered under an accidental medical insurance policy. The insurance provides coverage for injuries and medical expenses up to Rs. 100,000. This insurance coverage is applicable both during school hours and outside school, including at home. The detailed procedure and required documents for claiming the insurance amount will be shared with you soon. आदरणीय अभिभावकज्यूहरू, हाम्रा सबै विद्यार्थीहरू आकस्मिक चिकित्सा बीमाबाट सुरक्षित रहेको जानकारी गराउन चाहन्छौं। यस बीमाले दुर्घटना वा चोटपटकका कारण हुने उपचार खर्चका लागि अधिकतम रु. १,००,००० सम्मको सुविधा प्रदान गर्दछ। यो बीमा सुविधा विद्यालयभित्र मात्र नभई विद्यालय बाहिर तथा घरमा भएका दुर्घटनाहरूमा पनि लागू हुनेछ। बीमा दाबी (Insurance Claim) गर्ने प्रक्रिया तथा आवश्यक कागजातहरूको विवरण चाँडै नै तपाईंहरूलाई उपलब्ध गराइनेछ।

Students who wish to order snacks while staying after school may now do so. Attached herewith is the snack menu along with the price list and instructions on how to place the order. Students are requested to: • Place their order one day in advance. • Make the payment online. • Send the payment confirmation message to the given Viber number. • Clearly mention the student’s name and grade while sending the message.

The after school extra activities will start from the month of Jestha. We will update you with the routine soon.

Back to School

Since school will reopen on 16th Baishak 2083, the extra activities planned for the vacation will not be conducted next week. All activities will resume only after the school reopens.

Starting tomorrow, exciting activities have been planned for all students during this unexpected term break! We encourage everyone to participate and make the most of this time.
